Spent New Year's Eve in the heart of the city. The hotel was centrally located, which made it easy to walk to most of the city's main attractions. The staff was friendly and supportive. The room was clean and well-maintained.
The heating system was inadequate, and we were freezing inside the room, even with the AC on. The curtains didn't cover the entire window, so the bright city lights kept us up all night.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel puts you within walking distance of many popular attractions. You won't have to worry about transportation, everything is right there. the staff is also extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing you with all necessary amenities such as a private bathroom, heating, and good curtains that allow you to rest well at night.
It would be great if the AC unit would work properly, which can be a bit of a drawback on a colder day.

During our recent Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. the location is highly recommended as it is conveniently situated in the heart of town, within walking distance of the main attractions. the room was clean and offered amenities we appreciated, such as cozy blankets and comfortable bedding. the hotel provided us free breakfast which was a nice gesture.
Despite our enjoyable stay, there were some things that we encountered upsettingly. the bathroom didn't have a plug hole, which made it uncomfortable to use.
